Jeffrey E. Fromberg began his legal career in 1975 in Oxnard, California where he was one of two founding partners of the law firm of Cunningham, Fromberg, Lansden & Foote, until 1982, when Jeffrey relocated his family to open a second office in Palm Springs.
In the years since, Jeffrey has acquired expertise in handling residential and commercial real estate transactions, commercial business transactions, entity formation, and additional special emphasis in trust creation, estate planning, and trust administration.
Over his 45 years of practicing law, Jeffrey has advised small & large businesses and individuals through virtually all facets of legal transactions, backed up by the Fromberg, Edelstein & Fromberg litigation department.
Jeffrey has worked with a multitude of companies to oversee their business matters, planning for future growth, purchase-sale, and oversight of their litigation matters. Jeffrey draws upon his extensive business background and experience through which he enjoys notoriety for having successfully handled business and real estate matters through negotiation, private mediation and arbitration due to his long-standing reputation as a highly skilled real estate and business lawyer.
Jeffrey is a member of the Desert Bar Association, California Bar Association and American Bar Association, and has previously served as Judge Pro Tem for the Riverside County Superior Court.
Mark W. Edelstein
Mark W. Edelstein has been a member of the California Bar since December 1998. Since graduating from the University of Maryland in 1992, and California Western School of Law in 1998, Mr. Edelstein gained his legal experience working as a general civil litigator for prominent law firms throughout the Coachella Valley. Most notably from 2005 to 2008, Mr. Edelstein was General Counsel/Vice President for a large real estate developer with over 400 employees. His practice as General Counsel enabled him to gain invaluable experience in complex real estate transactions, employment issues, homeowner’s association law, and insurance matters.
Mr. Edelstein also assists clients in evaluating their insurance needs before losses occur or claims have been asserted. He is experienced in reviewing a client's current coverage and evaluating whether it provides sufficient protection against loss and liability.
Mark is a member in good standing of the Desert Bar Associations, California Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mark resides in Rancho Mirage with his wife Eve and son Jack.

Eve E. Fromberg-Edelstein has been a member of the California Bar since December 1997. Ms. Fromberg-Edelstein graduated from the University of San Diego in 1994 and California Western Law School in 1997. Ms. Fromberg-Edelstein has practiced real estate, business and corporate law. In 2008, Eve was the CEO of Smile Factory, a local non-profit agency which provides free dental screenings and treatment to public school children. This experience gave her invaluable experience in working with non-profit organizations and knowledge of the day-to-day operational challenges they face.
Ms. Fromberg-Edelstein has provided corporate and governance counsel to several nonprofit clients. She has successfully helped strengthen nonprofits and social enterprises with responsive and comprehensible guidance in areas including: formation, tax-exempt status, governance, legal compliance, document review, collaborations, and mergers. Ms. Fromberg-Edelstein other areas of practice include probate, estate planning, real estate and general business law. Ms. Fromberg-Edelstein is a member of the Desert Bar Association, California Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Ms. Fromberg-Edelstein resides with her husband Mark and son Jack in Rancho Mirage.
